A shipment of shoe production equipment destined for Morocco has been loaded into containers and is officially departing for the designated port. To ensure the equipment remains intact during cross-border transport, the factory pre-designed a professional protective packaging plan and streamlined the container loading process, providing meticulous service to safeguard this cooperation.

This batch of equipment was a repeat order from a Moroccan customer. After receiving the previously shipped machines and inspecting their quality, the customer decisively purchased another batch of equipment for shoe manufacturing, covering the core models of the entire shoe production line, including sole pressing machines and molding machines. Considering the long distance and many steps involved in cross-border transportation, and the fact that the equipment contains precision components, Yutai factory strengthened transportation protection from the source: the equipment shell was wrapped with thickened pearl cotton and fitted with a cardboard protective sleeve to avoid scratches caused by handling and collisions; fragile circuit interfaces and transmission components were individually secured with custom foam molds to prevent damage caused by transportation bumps; the entire machine was then covered with a waterproof tarpaulin to cope with possible severe weather during transportation. Multiple protective measures ensured that the equipment arrived with "zero damage".

During the container loading process, the factory deployed a professional logistics team to handle the entire operation, strictly adhering to the principle of "heavy equipment at the bottom, light equipment on top, and stable arrangement." Workers first cleaned and inspected the inside of the container, then used forklifts to precisely lift the equipment and stack it orderly according to the pre-planned layout. Cushions were used to fill gaps between each piece of equipment, and finally, securing the equipment firmly to the container walls with straps to prevent displacement during transport. The entire loading process was orderly, balancing efficiency and safety.

Currently, the container loaded with equipment has departed the factory and is en route to the port for final customs clearance procedures. It is expected to arrive in Morocco as scheduled. The head of logistics at Yutai's factory stated that equipment transportation safety is a key concern for customers and a crucial aspect of the factory's service.
