Main Functions

This is special‑purpose equipment for the shoe‑making industry, designed for flipping and shaping the tongues of sports shoes and casual shoes

Processed shoe tongues are neatly shaped and ready for subsequent production procedures

2. Compatible with thick shoe tongues and sports‑style tongues; works with various tongue fabrics

3. Pedal‑switch operation: load the workpiece and step on the pedal to trigger automatic flipping and stretching in one cycle

4. PLC touch‑screen control with adjustable parameters for shoe tongues of different sizes and thicknesses

5. Daily output reaches 2000‑2500 pairs, ideal for mass‑production assembly lines in shoe factories.
